About the Author
Linda Rosenbaum is an award-winning Canadian author and mother of a child with a disability. She lives on Toronto Island, the site of SickKids hospital’s former summer home. Linda advocates for the inclusion of children with illnesses and disabilities in children’s literature, where traditionally they have been underrepresented. With Let’s Go, Darby! she draws complex and nuanced characters who face challenges, but will not be defined by them.
